A token is your "ticket" to the content.

Under most circumstances you will purchase a token and be automatically redirected back to the page containing the video and the system will enter the token for you. The end result is that you will get immediate access.

When you purchase access you will be sent an email containing your token and a link back to the video. Clicking this link also enters the token for you.

This email will contain your token, but if in doubt you can enter your PayPal email address as the token
Your PayPal email is the email address you use to login to PayPal.

We have some security measures in place to make sure tokens can't be shared and as a result the system may think your token is already being used. This can happen if you refresh the page which will try to enter the token again.

You can still get access by doing one of the following:

  • Wait 30 seconds and refresh the page again.
  • Click the link to re-enter the token. This will cancel the process of protecting the token and allow you to start again.

The most common reason you did not get your token via email is because it was caught in a SPAM filter. Check your junk mail folder and make sure it's not there.

We send the email to the address from PayPal, so make sure you check the email account that you use to login to PayPal.

If all else fails you can enter your PayPal email address (the one used to login to your PayPal account) in the Token field.
We will recognise who you are and if it's a valid email we will let you in to the video.

To make a payment follow these steps:

  1. Click the PayPal button
  2. You will be redirected to PayPal
  3. Log in to PayPal or make the payment as a non-member
  4. You will be automatically redirected back to the page you left and you should now have access
  5. You will also receive an email with your token should you wish to watch from another computer or device

The first thing to do is check with your bank or credit institution as perhaps the funds are not available.

Secondly check your PayPal account to see if there is a problem with funds availability or other general issues.
